To remind GO Transit riders of the public transit etiquette they should already know, we created The Unwritten Rules of Public Transit Etiquette, Written Down—a remedial guidebook.
To make sure it reflected real rider experiences, we launched a Twitter survey, collecting the most common etiquette grievances directly from the people who know GO best: its riders.
